The WB Clarke Geoscience Centre Project in Londonderry consisted of an extension to the existing facility comprising approximately 1620m2 of floor area, organised with eight aisles of 10-bay-high palatalised bore core storage.

Other works carried out by TCQ within this project included a new dedicated storage facility for hazardous materials, removal of the existing storage system and lighting frame and provision of new dedicated storage for fossil samples, a new temperature controlled room to house the existing Hylogger machine and associated roller tables, a meeting room in the loading dock area, refurbishment of the existing lunch room facilities/small office and existing toilets, and associated site works, landscaping and signage.
