An extensive refurbishment of the property was undertaken with a focus on functionality and modernisation include various BCA upgrades. The hotel comprises a sports and garden bar, a bistro, a function space, a wine bar, a gaming room and a night club.
The contract works included the design and construction of the refurbishment to the nightclub, function spaces, commercial kitchen and bars. The scope of works included demolition, the extension of an existing structure, internal partitions, as well as fire, electrical and mechanical upgrades. It also included the installation of modern finishes such as a timber dance floor, carpet, painting, wallpapering and tiling. New fixtures and furnishings were supplied as part of the refurbishment scope.
