Refurbishment of railway station and retail precinct. This included protection of heritage floors, walls and ceilings, three new shop fronts, refurbished mechanical plant 200m from station, new kitchen facilities; cleaning rooms, access way and floor levelling.

To ensure a proactive, rather than reactive project solution, TCQ collaborated with both the client and end users. By identifying the needs of end users, we were able to minimise disruption and complete the project ahead of schedule. This allowed the end user advance access to the facilities, provided an earlier return on investment to the client, and added enormous value to the overall delivery process.
