TCQ Construction were engaged to provide the Design and Construction services for a $5 Million industrial warehouse at Miller TAFE. The building was specifically designed for use with heavy vehicles, industrial assembly and fabrication areas, storage of materials and very high live floor loads.
The contract works also included flood and bushfire mitigation works, trunk drainage modifications, overhead power and timber poles, heavy duty piles and suspended concrete slabs, large open span warehouse areas including industrial racking and storage.
The building included amenity areas such as kitchenettes, toilets and training rooms with high end audio and visual services, workshops, conference rooms with acoustic treatment to windows and walls.
The external works included concrete footings and bridge abutments, car parking, loading docks, vehicle barriers and landscaping.
