TCQ completed a state-of-the-art refurbishment and alteration project at Ultimo TAFE. All steps were taken to minimise disruption to staff and students.

TCQ constructed specialised engineering and training facility over three levels and included a structural steel-glazed butterfly roof. To facilitate these specialised training areas, TCQ was also required to install specific negative-air HVAC systems and state-of-the-art communications centres for engineering excellence.
