TCQ was engaged to undertake the design and construction of the St. George School and Hydrotherapy Pool.

The school was constructed specifically for disabled children and included a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool. The pool was also constructed to all appropriate standards to enable the school to lease the facility to other community groups, thus providing additional revenue and a good return on investment.

Construction consisted of an administration building, learning areas, library, hydrotherapy pool, change areas, toilets, exercise rooms, a car park and playing fields.  Particular attention was given to the external design and landscaping to include the use of aromatic plants and herbs to help stimulate the senses of the children.
