The Arts Exchange Building project included refurbishments to the existing building, demolition, amenities and building upgrades and installation of new internal staircases.

Strict controls were implemented to minimise dust and noise pollution, including visual screens and a dust extraction system to ventilate the work area and prevent fumes from penetrating sensitive occupied areas.

Specially manufactured curtains were provided to protect existing finishes from potential sparks during the demolition and fabrication process.

A custom-made gantry and hoist were installed to transfer materials in and out of the building.
