Brett has positioned TCQ Construction to be at the forefront of the construction industry in NSW and has further developed the company’s strong reputation of integrity and reliability. Combining both university and practical experience, Brett continues to maintain the traditional values of a family-owned company whilst meeting the strategic needs and vision of a growing business.
He has led TCQ Construction through ongoing innovation and corporate governance programs, with the company being proudly recognised as a ‘Best Practice’ construction group.
Brett is a member of the Master Builders Association NSW, Australian Institute of Project Management, and Housing Industry Association. Brett has also served on the HIA Legal & Industrial Relations committee.
Rodney doubles as our Director and Senior Project Manager. He takes great pride in his ability to offer both strategic and hands-on operational support.
Rodney has been an integral part of TCQ Construction since 1989, commencing as a Cadet, and moving up through the ranks to Contracts Administrator, Estimator and Chief Estimator.
He is a Certified Practising Project Manager, and a member of the Master Builders Association NSW and Australian Institute of Project Management. Rodney is also a Justice of the Peace.
As a highly skilled and multi-talented member of our management team, Anthony has helped build the company’s Quality Management, ISO4801, ISO14001 and ISO9001 systems, and is our primary trainer on staff inductions, development and compliance.
Anthony has an impeccable track record of delivering 100% of projects on time and to budget. He has extensive experience in AutoCAD and is adept at identifying cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Anthony won the 2011 MBA Excellence in Construction award for ‘Personal Contribution to Site Safety’ (Commercial Construction to $10,000,000).
He has undertaken multiple development programs. These include MBA and DPWS Construction Industry training, courses in OHS Committee Certificate Safety and Risk Management, and more.
